Catawba Scented Soy Candle in a 15 oz Etched Hearts Wine Glass

Do to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns.  We do, however, offer exchanges in the event your candle arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped by me.  I require notice of this within 48 hours of receipt of your order.  Please email cs@happyhourbeveragecandles.com along with a photo of the damage/mistake attached to the email.  In the subject line put your last name and type "damage/mistake" after.  As soon as we get that email, we will send you out a replacement as soon as possible.  Please retain the damaged product and the packing materials as USPS may require an inspection.  We will confirm when the product and packing materials can be discarded.  Thank you kindly.

All orders are hand-make and hand-poured..  You can see the details we put into our candles and that takes time.  Once we get your order, we will contact you with an approximate date they will be ready for shipping.  This is all dependant on the amount and type of candle(s) you order.  Once made, we have to let them cure for 48 hours before we can ship them out.  Our business is located in Arizona and as you know, it gets very hot during the summer.  We will do our very best to make sure your order is packaged with extra padding to help with the heat.
As far as gel candles go, you know how the USPS handles packages frequently...if your gel candle has shifted in the glass, the wonderful thing about gel is that it shifts right back once you set it up for a couple days.  You will be pretty amazed!  If you ordered soy, you may get some beads on the top of the candle which is an indication it came from a hot environment (hot truck).  Take it out and again, set it up and those beads should also disappear.  If they don't - it does not hurt the candle one bit.

Do to product availability issues, some products may differ slightly from the product shown.  Also note that you may find slight color/shade differences because we make each and every candle by hand.
