Customer Service


You can place your order with Happy Hour Beverage Candles by phone (602-918-9830), by e-mail at Customer Service or right off my web at Happy Hour Beverage Candles.  Simply add the item(s) using the “Add to my shopping cart” button.  When ready to check-out, you can use any of the “view cart” buttons located on our website.  Online ordering is easy and completely secure!  If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to call or email me.  As an FYI - the candles on my website are to give you an idea of what that candle will look like.  When you order, your candle(s) will be made up so it may look a little different from the website photo's.  Remember these are
hand-made and no two candles will look exact.  I will do my best to be as close as possible to the photo online.  Sometimes the glasses I use get discontinued and I have to use a similar glass.  Unfortunately that is out of my control.  I do use several wholesalers so tiny differences are possible.

Sales Tax:

I only collect tax in the state of Arizona at the rate of 9.10%.  Since my business is located in the city of Apache Junction, they collect a city tax – then we have the county of Pinal which also has a tax – then of course is the state of Arizona.  It all adds up to 9.10%.  Sorry Arizonians!  Remember, you can at least save shipping costs by picking your orders up at my place of business and that should help!

 

How soon will I get my Order?

Every order is dependent on quantity and type of candles ordered.  My candles are not made up ahead of time.  I will contact you within 48 hours of your order to give you an approximate time frame of when your order will be ready for shipping.  If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me immediately so we can discuss whether it is feasible or not.  I do hand-make all my candles which is why I require extra time.  I take great pride in all of my candles and I am sure it will be worth the wait.  Once the candles are made, they need at least 48 hours to cure before packaging them up.  I start on your order immediately. and once I feel your order is ready for shipping, I will contact you.  As long as I have a cleared payment, the order will be sent out immediately after curing.  I do not ship if your order is pending - it has to be cleared and money in my bank before I send it out.  During the summer in Arizona, it can get very hot.  If I feel the weather could affect your candles, I will contact you and ask if you are willing to wait until the weather is cooler to ship your order.  There is another option.  I can insulate your candles which helps.  The cost of the insulated package is $5.00 per candle.  Please understand, there is no guarantee that your candle won’t have a little melting but your chances are much better with this insulation.  As everyone knows, the USPS is not that careful with their boxes.  They get thrown around like a rag doll.  Knowing that, especially with Gel Candles, if the box gets put on its side, sometimes the gel (not being a solid) will move a bit but no worries, just set the candle back up and wait a day or two and it should move right back to where it should be.  Please do not ask for an exchange if your gel candle does this.  It is not a permanent issue.  Do as I say and all will be well with your candle :-)  These are all things that I want you to be aware of when you order a soy or gel candle in hot weather.  In most cases your candle will be just fine!  We ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Click on the link to find out your cost to ship from my business at zip code 85120 to the destination zip code by clicking here.  You will be emailed a tracking number.  Please keep it handy. Click here and in the top right corner, add the tracking number.  With Priority Mail, the average transit time is 1-3 business days (delivery only - not hand-making and curing as well as packaging.. *If you need your purchase sooner, please call me – even after hours and we will discuss other options such as Priority Express or Next Day Air (you will be charged for expedited shipping).  You are free to check online for other options at usps.com.  As always, if you have questions, please click the link at the top of this document and we will get back to you very quickly.
